SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES
Grove can help facilities manage their Medicare Part B census for residents using the product categories listed below. Medicare Part B products are provided to the beneficiaries at no charge to the facilities.
CATEGORIES COVERED AT A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY:
Enteral Feeding
- Grove provides the nutritional formula based on the physician’s order.
- Grove provides the g-tubes, spike sets, gravity sets, feeding pumps and syringes needed to administer the feeding.
Urological Supplies
- Grove supplies catheters, insertion trays, drain bags and catheter securement devices that have been ordered by the physician.
Ostomy Supplies
- Grove supplies the pouches, wafers, adhesive removers, adhesive and other supplies that are required to manage an ostomy.
Wound Care
- Grove supplies wound care dressings for pressure ulcers that have been staged at levels 2 to 4, as well as wounds that are the result of some type of surgical intervention. The patient’s physician orders the wound care and directs the treatment of the wound. From the physician’s order, Grove provides the dressings to the SNF at no charge to the facility. - Grove Medical employs a Wound Care Certified RN who can help guide you in assessing wounds and make recommendations on wound care treatment planning.
Tracheostomy Supplies
- Grove supplies the trach care kits, cannulas and the supplies that help the SNF manage a trach patient at no charge to the facility.
ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY AND AT-HOME PATIENT
